Coconut Mandarin Layer
Coconut Mandarin Layer is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (11 oz.) cans mandarins, drained, 2/3 c. shredded or flaked coconut and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain mandarins.
Arrange mandarin segments in bottom of serving bowl, sprinkle with sugar and coconut.
Repeat layers, ending with mandarins.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. This is especially attractive when put in a clear bowl.
This can be served as a side dish for curry or pork or as a dessert.
Serves 6.
