Coconut Loaf
Coconut Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. freshly grated coconut, 1/2 c. sugar and coconut milk (enough to make batter moist), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf tin.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Test after 30 minutes by inserting a toothpick into loaf. If toothpick comes out clean, it is done. Do not overbake or it will be crumbly.
Serve as any hot fresh bread, sliced with butter and/or jam.
