Coconut Joys
Coconut Joys is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. powdered sugar, 3 c. coconut (8 oz.) and 2 sq. (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in pan.
Remove from heat.
Add powdered sugar and coconut.
Mix well.
Shape rounded teaspoonful of mixture into a ball.
Make indent in center of each ball and place on a cookie sheet.
Fill centers with melted chocolate.
Chill until firm. Store in refrigerator.
