Coconut Joys
Coconut Joys is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine (1 stick), 2 c. powdered sugar, 3 c. coconut (8 oz.), 2 sq. or 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and food tint (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter in saucepan.
Remove from heat (or microwave). Add powdered sugar, coconut and food tint, if desired.
Mix well. Shape rounded teaspoonful of mixture into balls.
Make indent in center of each and place on cookie sheet.
Fill centers with melted chocolate.
Chill until firm.
Store in refrigerator. Makes 3 dozen.
