Coconut Granola Bars
Coconut Granola Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. packed brown sugar, 2/3 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted and 2 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, corn syrup, butter and vanilla.
Combine the remaining ingredients; add to peanut butter mixture and stir to coat.
Press into two greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on wire racks.
Cut into bars.
