Coconut Fruit Dip
Coconut Fruit Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained, 3/4 c. skim milk, 1/2 c. (4 oz.) nonfat sour cream, 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix and grapes, strawberries, melon, fresh pineapple, apples or other fruit, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a blender or mixer, combine the first 4 ingredients.
Mix for 1 minute or until smooth.
