Coconut Crunches
Coconut Crunches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream together first four ingredients.
Add egg.
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Add to first mixture, blend well.
Stir in coconut, oats and corn flakes.
Drop on greased cookie sheet by teaspoon.
Bake in slow oven (325Β°) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Yields 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
