Coconut Cream Cake
Coconut Cream Cake is an easy dessert you can prepare in just 34 minutes. Made with regular white cake mix, . almond extract, (7 oz.) pkg. coconut, (10 oz.) can cream of coconut and (12 oz.) pkg. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix and bake cake according to package directions adding almond extract and 1/2 of the coconut.
After baking and while still hot, poke holes in top of cake with fork and pour a can of cream of coconut over the top.
Cool completely and cover cake completely with Cool Whip and remainder of coconut.
