Coconut Cream Cake
Coconut Cream Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 regular white cake mix, 1 tsp. almond extract, 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of coconut and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix and bake cake according to package directions adding almond extract and 1/2 of the coconut.
After baking and while still hot, poke holes in top of cake with fork and pour a can of cream of coconut over the top.
Cool completely and cover cake completely with Cool Whip and remainder of coconut.
