Coconut Chicken
Coconut Chicken is an easy dinner you can prepare in just 24 minutes. Made with (14 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut, . chicken breast, . butter, melted and . flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Place the coconut, butter and flour in separate plates. (The butter will need to be in a bowl.)
Coat chicken lightly with flour. Dip in melted butter. Coat chicken generously with coconut. This can be done by rolling the chicken in coconut. Place chicken in a baking dish and keep in the oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes or until the coconut has "browned" and the chicken has been fully cooked.
