Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow or white cake mix, 1 can cream of coconut, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 medium cool whip and coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Bake cake as directed on cake mix box.
Bake in 9 x 13 pan. While cake is hot, punch holes all over cake with fork.
Mix cream of coconut and Eagle Brand milk.
Pour over cake while cake is still warm.
Let cool completely.
Mix cup of coconut (more coconut if you prefer) into Cool Whip.
Spread on top of cake. Sprinkle coconut on top of cake.
Keep in refrigerator.
