Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box white cake mix, 8 oz. cool whip, 1 can cream of coconut and 2 pkg. coconut (frozen), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Thaw coconut and Cool Whip. Make cake according to directions. Bake in 9 x 13 pan. While cake is still hot, punch holes in it and pour cream of coconut on top. Mix 1 package of coconut and Cool Whip. Frost cool cake. Sprinkle the other package of coconut on top. Refrigerate.
