Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 can coco lopez cream of coconut, 1 large container cool whip and 2 (6 oz.) pkg. fresh frozen coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix cake as directed on box.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 32 to 35 minutes.
Mix sweetened condensed milk and cream of coconut.
Pour over warm cake after pricking cake with fork.
Let soak into cake. Refrigerate.
Spread Cool Whip over top; sprinkle with coconut.
