Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut, 1 (8 oz.) tub cool whip, 1/4 c. powdered sugar and 1 box yellow cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook cake according to directions on back of box.
While cake is baking, mix Cool Whip, 3 ounces of coconut and powdered sugar. Mix well.
Put in refrigerator.
When cake is completely cool, put the refrigerated mixture on the cake and sprinkle remaining coconut on top and sides.
