Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box white cake mix, 8 oz. sour cream, 9 oz. cool whip, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 pkg. frozen coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bake cake according to directions on box in a 9 x 13-inch pan. When baked, punch holes in top with toothpick and bring to a boil water and sugar and pour over cake.
Let cool.
Mix sour cream, Cool Whip, powdered sugar and
1/4 package coconut.
Spread over cake.
Sprinkle remainder of coconut over top.
