Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow deluxe duncan hines cake mix (not with butter), 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 can crushed pineapple, drained and coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bake cake; immediately after taking out of oven, take fork and punch holes in it.
Pour Eagle Brand milk over it.
Let cool completely.
Mix 1 large can of pineapple, drained, with Cool Whip.
Spread and sprinkle with coconut.
