Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 white cake mix with pudding in mix, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 small can cream of coconut, 1 (8 oz.) cool whip and coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cake as directed.
While still hot poke holes all over cake and pour cream of coconut all over and let soak in a little, then pour Eagle Brand milk all over cake.
Let cake cool completely and put Cool Whip on top.
Then sprinkle coconut all over top.
Refrigerate.
