Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla pudding, 1 1/3 c. water, 4 eggs and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl; beat for 4 minutes.
Stir in coconut and walnuts. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Cool in pans for 15 minutes.
Remove and cool on racks.
