Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box white cake mix, 1 (16 oz.) sour cream, 2 c. sugar, 2 (6 oz.) pack frozen coconut and 1 small cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sour cream, sugar and coconut together.
Spread 1/2 cup of mixture between cake layers that have been cut with a string to make 4 layers.
Mix other 1/2 of mixture with the Cool Whip and spread over cake.
Keep in refrigerator for 3 days before eating.
