Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix, 1 pkg. (4 servings) vanilla instant pudding, 1 1/3 c. water, 4 eggs and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl.
Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans. Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Remove and cool on racks.
Fill and top with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting.
