Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 (4 oz.) cool whip and 2 pkg. frozen coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bake cake mix according to directions in 9 x 13-inch pan. While warm, pick with fork and add 1 can milk over top.
When cake is cool, add 1 package of thawed coconut to Cool Whip and ice.
Add second thawed package of coconut to top of icing.
