Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box of yellow cake mix, 1 1/4 c. water, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 3 eggs and 1 pack of flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and water until creamy.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Make 2 layers and cool.
Mix 1/2 of coconut and Cool Whip.
Frost cake with Cool Whip and coconut mixture. Sprinkle top with Coconut.
