Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 layer size) pkg. white or yellow cake mix, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jell-o brand vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling, 1 1/3 c. water, 4 eggs and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixing bowl.
Blend at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured (I use Pam) 11 cup ring mold or 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Cool on rack.
