Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. flaked coconut, 1 c. cooking oil and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat sugar and oil together.
Add eggs; mix well.
Add milk and flour; stir until mixed, then add coconut.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour in cake batter; bake for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
When cake is done, leave in pan.
Mix the last 4 ingredients; boil for 1 minute.
As soon as cake is removed from oven, punch holes all over top with a fork and pour this boiling mixture over it.
