Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. white cake mix, 1 1/2 c. milk, 8 oz. cool whip, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bake cake as directed.
Make holes in cake with a fork.
Mix milk, sugar and 1/2 cup coconut together in saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
Pour over cake and let cool.
Mix 1/2 cup coconut with Cool Whip and spread over cake.
Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
Chill overnight.
