Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. duncan hines yellow cake mix, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 c. coconut and 3 1/2 c. cool whip (8 oz. tub), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bake cake mix as directed on package in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Cool cake for 15 minutes.
Poke holes on top of cake with utility fork (not quite through).
Mix all of the milk and sugar with 1/2 cup coconut.
Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
Spoon on top of cake into holes.
