Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box white cake mix, 1/4 c. oil, 3 eggs, 1/2 pt. sour cream and 1 small can coconut cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream with mixer; pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
When cake is done, punch holes in cake with fork and pour coconut cream and Eagle Brand milk over cake.
When cool, frost with Coconut Frosting.
