Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box duncan hines yellow pudding cake mix, 1 tsp. coconut flavoring, 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut, 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk and 10 oz. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare cake mix as directed, adding coconut flavoring and 2/3 cup coconut.
Bake as directed, using 9 x 13-inch pan.
Remove cake from oven.
Punch holes throughout and pour over the following mixture.
Mix water and milk to make 2 cups liquid.
Dissolve powdered sugar into this and add 1 teaspoon coconut flavor.
When cake is cool, frost with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle top with remaining coconut.
