Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box butter recipe cake mix, 1 (16 oz.) sour cream, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare cake as directions on box.
After it cools, cut each layer in half, making 4 layers.
Put sour cream in dish with lid. Add sugar and mix well.
Cover with lid and chill for 3 hours. After 3 hours, add thawed coconut to mixture and stir well. Spread on each layer of cake and place in sealed cake plate in refrigerator for 24 hours.
