Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box white cake mix, 1 large can cream of coconut, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip and 1 pkg. frozen coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Make cake as directed.
When done, blend together cream of coconut and Eagle Brand milk.
While cake is still hot, poke holes in top and pour liquid over cake.
Top with Cool Whip and coconut. Refrigerate.
