Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (2 layer size) white or yellow cake, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jell-o brand vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling, 1 1/3 c. water, 4 eggs and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl.
Blend and beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Stir in nuts and coconut.
Pour into greased pan at 325Β° for 60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
