Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 1 1/3 c. water, 4 eggs and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixing bowl.
Beat 4 minutes.
Stir in coconut and walnuts.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes, then fill and top with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting.
