Coconut Cake
Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 white cake mix (duncan hines), 2 whole eggs, 1/2 can flaked coconut, 1 can coco lopez (cream of coconut) and 1 medium carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Use liquid as directed on cake mix box, but instead of egg whites, use 2 whole eggs.
Mix as directed and bake in oblong pan at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Cool cake, but not completely.
Punch holes in cake and pour 1 can Coco Lopez over cake.
Top with Cool Whip and another 1/2 can of coconut.
Refrigerate.
Cake is better to let it set overnight.
