Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with yellow cake mix, 3 large boxes coconut instant pudding, 7 c. milk, 1 large cream cheese and 2 cans crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bake cake on large cookie sheet.
Mix pudding, milk and cream cheese together.
Put drained pineapple on cake, pudding on pineapple and Cool Whip on pudding.
Top with coconut and cherries.
