Coconut Butterballs
Coconut Butterballs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 c. coconut, 2 tbsp. powdered sugar and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream margarine; add sugar and vanilla.
Cream until light and fluffy.
Add flour, all at once and blend well.
Add coconut and mix well.
Shape into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Chill 15 minutes.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 15 minutes or until light brown.
Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Makes about 3 dozen.
