Coconut Bread
Coconut Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 sandwich loaf, unsliced bread, 1 small can shredded coconut, 1 can condensed milk, 1/4 tsp. blue cake coloring and 1 tsp. banana flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut bread into oblong shape 2 x 1-inch.
Use a teaspoon and put the condensed milk on each side of the bread.
Mix the coloring and banana flavoring with the coconut.
Spread the coconut over the slices of bread.
Place slices on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 250Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
