Coconut Bread
Coconut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. soda, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, lightly beaten and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Set aside. Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk; stir until moistened.
Fold in nuts and coconut.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch pans.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour or until done.
Freezes well.
