Coconut Bonbons is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. desiccated coconut, 3/4 c. white syrup, 4 blocks chocolate bark and 1/4 block paraffin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat corn syrup in microwave until hot but not yet boiling. Stir syrup into coconut until completely mixed.
Let mixture sit for about 2 hours.
Shape into balls; chill in refrigerator.
Melt chocolate and paraffin together; mix well.
Dip coconut/syrup balls in chocolate.
Drop onto waxed paper; let chocolate set. Serve.
