Coconut Bars
Coconut Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white sugar, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift together white sugar, flour and salt.
Add eggs.
Pour in brown sugar and stir until all the lumps dissolve.
Add nuts, coconut and vanilla.
Stir well again.
Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
When cool, cut into bars and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
