Coconut Bars
Coconut Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 2 c. granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt margarine and add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixture.
Add coconut. Spread into greased (or sprayed with Pam) 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until it just begins to turn golden.
