Cocoa Pudding
Cocoa Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. cocoa, 3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 2 cans of evaporated milk or 4 c. sweet milk and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Separate eggs, put the whites in a separate bowl for later use for icing.
Add cocoa, sugar, flour, milk flavoring, butter and egg yolks mix together well.
Cook in sauce pan on top of stove, stir often until ingredients began to thicken; do not burn or get too thick.
Pour into baking dish and set aside.
