Cocoa Mix is an easy dinner. Made with 8 qt. box powdered milk, 6 oz. jar pream, 1 lb. box nestle quik and 1 c. powdered sugar (not necessary), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
