Cocoa Mix is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. instant dry powdered milk, 2 c. confectioners sugar, 1 c. powdered coffee creamer, 1/2 c. cocoa and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
