Cocoa-Cola Cake
Cocoa-Cola Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. butter or margarine and 3 tbsp. baking cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar and baking soda. Set aside.
In a saucepan, bring butter, cocoa and cola to a boil. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir in buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until cake tests done. Make icing.
