Cocoa Cheesecake
Cocoa Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. margarine, melted, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Combine sugar and cocoa, mixing well.
Set aside.
Whip softened cream cheeses, sugar, cocoa-sugar mixture and vanilla, mixing on medium with electric mixer until well blended.
Blend in egg substitute; pour into crust.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; carefully spread over cheesecake.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan.
Cool; remove rim.
Chill.
