Beat eggs, sugar, and water until fluffy.
Sift flour, cocoa, soda and spices.
Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold apples, chips and vanilla.
Spoon into greased and floured
Bundt pan and bake at 325Β° for 60 to 70 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 8 to 10 minutes. Place Bundt pan upside down on bottle and cool for 30 minutes.
