Mix sugar, flour and marshmallows in large mixing bowl. Bring to boil the margarine, shortening, cocoa and Coke. Pour over dry mixture stir until marshmallows are completely melted.

Mix, do not beat. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes layers, 35 to 40 minutes in sheet pan.
