Coca-Cola Cake
Coca-Cola Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/2 c. crisco and 3/4 c. coke, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift flour and sugar together.
Stir in marshmallows.
Put Crisco, Coke and cocoa in a 2-cup glass measure.
Heat in microwave until Crisco melts, 2 minutes.
Pour over flour mixture. Stir in buttermilk, soda and eggs.
Pour into a greased glass dish.
Cook on High for 11 minutes.
Turn dish 1/4 turn every 3 minutes.
Frost with Coca-Cola Icing.
