Blend flour and sugar in mixing bowl.
In a sauce pan bring cola, cocoa and butter to a boil.
Mix buttermilk, soda, eggs, and vanilla; add to the flour mixture.
Add cocoa mixture and marshmallows.
This batter will be thin.
Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350Β° for 30 - 35 minutes.
