Coca-Cola Cake
Coca-Cola Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, softened, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine all ingredients except Coke and marshmallows in a large mixing bowl.
Blend at low speed; beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Add Coke; blend well.
By hand, stir in marshmallows. Pour batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
Cool about 30 minutes.
Spread with Cola Icing.
